Its been a hard, hard year.
One of the hardest so far.
But I cast all those memories and feelings into the sea, for there is nothing I can put into that it cannot contain.
Less worrying and doubting, more beleiving.
Less hatred, more healing.
Less procrastination, more responsibility.
Less fear, more courage.
Less self-hatred, more self-love.
